The majority of the investors (investment apartments) shy away from the idea of getting a return on investment through apartment rentals and mind you, we are talking about a good chunk of money. Most of the time agent not having well-furnished knowledge on the current property market, they simply concentrate on brokerage and wind up providing no services in future. Broker never steps into property issues, so they really don’t bother what happens later once the property is occupied by a tenant. Majority time’s renters are contingent on the agent and having blind trust due to which they leasing an apartment, without giving a second thought. Without knowing, how broker services would be. First of all, the broker is the very small segment of real estate who are not technically updated, hence they lack behind on digital knowledge as per generation. Since we are heading towards the digital world, we expect each and every market digitalized. Wherein broker services are not completely digitalized. Hence we don't find the platform to jot down customer experience with respective property broker.
